Service is central to furniture store 2FURN. Almost every delivery in the Benelux is handled by our own delivery service, which guarantees personal contact and maximum customer satisfaction. Depending on the size of the order or the distance, we may use an external transport company.

We offer you the choice between pickup or home delivery. Products can be picked up at the showroom address in Pelt, Belgium, in Limburg. Assistance with loading is available upon request. This can be done during opening hours or at a mutually agreed time. Are you looking for something specific and would you like to take it with you right away? Not everything is on display or immediately available, so please always inquire in advance about the possibilities.
To keep our prices as low as possible, all furniture is delivered to your front door in cardboard boxes. Would you prefer to have your furniture delivered inside and assembled? This is also possible at an additional cost.
Delivery is calculated based on combining multiple addresses. If a specific date outside the route is requested (depending on distance), a surcharge may be applied.
Our furniture is delivered throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France. For longer distances, we will engage an external transport company if necessary.

When all products in the order are in stock, we aim to deliver within two weeks. Unique in the furniture industry!
Europe
Fast & reliable delivery in Europe
For deliveries outside Belgium and the Netherlands, the delivery time may be up to 4 weeks.
Is the delivery outside the Benelux via an external carrier and are the products in stock? Then the delivery time is usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the country and the carrier's route.

Delivery time for customization and products made to order
Is the ordered product already in production or on its way? Then expect a delivery time of 1 to 5 months, depending on which stages the product is in. For furniture that is not yet in production, the delivery time is usually 4 to 5 months.
Due to unrest and port congestion in shipping and politics, delivery time is unpredictable and the current delivery time may increase by a month.
